Waterloo Equine Service is pleased to provide superior quality boarding-related care for horses boarded in barn "B" of The Polo Club Stables located 8 miles west of Oak Hill on Hwy 290.

Requires contracting with both Rooster Springs Stables L.P. and Waterloo Equine Service L.L.C.; Rooster Springs provides the facility while Waterloo Equine Service and Waterloo Dressage provide full care service and training.

Barn “B” Facilities

Boarding facilities (without services or lessons) are provided by Rooster Springs Stables L.P. for $150(*) per stall, per month.

Amenities include:

• Turn-out paddocks
• 86 x 206 ft. covered and lighted arena
• 2 outdoor arenas (1 lit, 1 unlit)
• 2 round pens, 2 hot walkers
• 24-stall Barn Master barn
• Air-conditioned/heated tack room
• Indoor bathroom

Barn “B” Services & Training

Equine care services are provided by Waterloo Equine Service L.L.C. along with training provided by Waterloo Dressage Inc. for $850(**) per horse, per month.

Services include:

• 8 private lessons or training rides per month, with additional training and lessons available for an additional fee
• Coastal hay fed twice daily, with alfalfa hay available for an additional fee
• Grain fed twice daily
• Turn-out (weather permitting)
• Overhead fly control system
• Indoor grooming area
• Hot and cold water available in wash stalls
• Stall cleaning, with bedding changes as needed
• Nighttime blanketing (as dictated by prevailing weather)
